Question: What is the most prominent mention of Serpents in the Bible?
Google: Most frequently we read of Serpents biting people (Gen. 49:17; Prov. 23:32; Eccles. 10:8, 11; Jer. 8:17 & Amos 5:19; 9:3); they also symbolize the wicked (Ps. 40:5, ET 3; 58:5, ET 4) and are mentioned in connection with the dreadful wilderness and scorpions (Deut. 8:15).

Question: What are some female Egyptian deities who have snakes as their sacred animal? What is the significance of this animal to these goddesses?
It is notable that the Serpent is figurative in the Bible as Satan!
It is also notable that Eve struggled to resist Satan/Serpent in Eden, and that Egypt’s women so adored the Serpent.
Also, that in the struggle by Moses and Aaron with Pharaoh, the Bible states that Pharaoh was figurative of Satan; and was a prophecy and example of the “end time” struggle with Satan just prior to the second Advent of Christ Jesus, and just prior to Satan’s final destruction by Almighty God 1000 years later: see: Rev. 20 onwards!
With such powerful comments by God re. Satan/Serpent, the message of God in Christ Jesus is so clear as to not be ignored by the world’s population!
