Paul and the Corinthians

Question:  What does 2Corinthians Chapter 12:1-21 mean?

As is seen in Chapters 1–11, Paul is dealing with the specific reported problems of the Corinthians.

In Chapter 12 he specifically gives them one of his own experiences, to allow them to compare their own with his, and to show that all Christians have a pathway to travel in their efforts toward Christ-likeness!

The Chapter is split into 4 parts:

1- The Vision of Paradise, vs.1–6.

2- The Thorn in the Flesh, vs. 7–10.

3- Signs of an Apostle, vs. 11–13.

4- Love for the Church (Christ’s Body), vs. 14–21.
