Old Covenant Worship Requirements

Question: What is Exodus 30:24-25 mean and 34-38?

Exodus 30:24–25 =  the mixture of the “anointing oil” for the special parts of the Tabernacle and all the items and people listed in Vs. 25–30.  The warnings as to prohibitions is shown in Vs. 31–33.

Regarding the “Incense”, Vs. 34–38, this is for the Lord God V. 37.

It must be remembered that these instructions were for the “Chosen people”, and were during the “Old Covenant” (Testament) period, and have no relevance to today’s worship activities (although the Jewish Rabbi’s still teach such, due to their rejection of Jesus as Messiah in Acts. 28:28, which was enactment of Isa. 6:9–10 prophecy)!

In the case of the Jews, they will accept Messiah Jesus when the stage of Zech.12:10 is reached!
