Question: What is the Jews view of Satan
According to my interaction with some Orthodox Jews in conversation; their religion does not accept the Christian interpretation of Lucifer! I have been told that they consider Satan an obedient angel of God, who is doing God’s bidding, in his tempting of individual Jews, to test their willpower, and to slowly improve an individual’s behaviour! They do not accept the concept of a Saving Substitute, such as our Lord, Christ Jesus!
Their Old Testament Scriptures have been altered to exclude the Christology of God’s prophecies of Jesus; and they cannot accept a supernatural Saviour! That position cannot change until Zech. 12:10!
Despite their Scripture changes, there are many Jews (some famous) who have come to Christ, and they consider themselves “completed Jews”. See some below:
