Question: What is the meaning of King David’s statement in Psalms “…he that touches you, touches the Apple of His eye”?
It refers to God’s statement regarding His chosen people Israel; to anyone who harms them; and His punishment of those offenders!
With the history of the people of the world against Israel, there is clearly a lot of retribution yet to be inflicted by Almighty God on Israel’s enemies!
This will take place at more than one scenario, and the following are the least:
Prior to Christ Jesus Second Advent, during Jacob’s trouble of at least 3.5 years!
Post Jesus’ Second Advent, the “sheep and goat judgement”, (Matt.25:31–46) & (Zech.14:3–5)!
End of the Millennial Reign of Christ Jesus and The Father (Their Name shall be One, Zech.14:9)!
The Judgement of all who have lived, at the resurrection of all the dead after the Millennial, (Rev.20:11–15)!
