Question: The Bible is written by people inspired by God. In the last century (or more), why is there no one inspired to add a new book to the New Testament?
Because it was complete not long after the Resurrection of Jesus!
The prophecies are regarding the end of this “Age Time”, and into the 1000 years of the Millennial: and after the end of that Age and the events regarding Satan’s demise, and the new Heaven and Earth; see many Old Testament writings; but particularly the Book of Revelation!
Why so many people do not see these facts is due to the success of Satan’s ploys and diversions!
